If the shape of a mole changes and is no longer circular, and it changes color then it is recommended that you get it examined by a doctor. If melanoma is found, there are options for removing it.

Melanoma is one of the most dangerous types of skin cancer. The staged excision technique is used especially to remove certain types of melanoma.
